Frankie Maderia has a bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut and has completed the coordinated program in Dietetics. She is a registered dietitian and is certified through the state of Connecticut to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy and counseling. Frankie is competent in weight loss strategies including macro counting, meal planning, diabetes counseling, and overall medical nutrition therapy. Frankie also specializes in sports nutrition for any and all levels of athletes; including running and endurance athletes.
Frankie has a passion for nutrition and fitness. Frankie enjoys running but also likes weight lifting in the gym. She can usually be found in her kitchen making a mess. She is not afraid to try new Pinterest recipes because she loves to eat! Frankie also enjoys being outside and hanging out with her friends, fiance, and kitty cat.
Kelley Breyer has a bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Haven and has completed a dietetic internship through Bowling Green University. She is a registered dietitian and is certified through the state of Connecticut to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling. She is also board certified in weight and obesity management. Kelley specializes in weight loss counseling, sports nutrition, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and diabetes management.
In her spare time, Kelley enjoys running- anything from 5Ks to marathons, cooking (and eating!), and spending time with her husband, dog, and two daughters!
